Close call: Watch as a misfired fireworks wreak havoc during Nicky Romero's set in Columbia

This isn't the type of thing that you'd want to happen anywhere, especially the day before your birthday. While Nicky Romero was playing his set on January 5th during the Summerland festival in Cartagena, Columbia - it looked like a fireworks display was set off prematurely and some of the contrails were brought down in the stage and crowd area. Check out the video below:

There appears to have been no injuries sustained and Nicky Romero is alright. Phew! The stage, however, didn't seem to do too well as you can see a fire brewing on the top right corner following the fireworks malfunction.
