Deadmau5 is already making big plans for his next album

Found this from inthemix.com.au:

"Hopefully next time [In reference to the next album], and I know I say this every fu***ng time, that I’ll have this year off touring and put together something that’s like [Pink Floyd’s] The Wall. Something that tells a story and is a big package.” Seeming to instantly register the chance of being taken out of context drawing a parallel with Pink Floyd, he added: “No, don’t even compare me to that please, but you know what I mean…”

Sounds ambitious and promising all at the same time. Hopefully he will find the time between his next tour and his apparent LA romance with Kat Von D.

NME's "The 50 Greatest Producers Ever" list

Notables include DJ Shadow at #50, and DJ Premier at #24. You can find the full list here.

In ten years time when they make a new top 50 list, what do you think the chances of someone like Diplo making the cut if you assume that the Snoop Lion album is a success?

What about the chances of someone like Calvin Harris making it if he continues to create chart topping collaborations? Or what about, dare I say it, David Guetta's chances?
